She is a healthcare policy and market access strategist with expertise in translating complex healthcare policy and reimbursement challenges into actionable strategies that drive results.

Orkideh brings more than 20 years of experience partnering with public and private stakeholders to advance meaningful access to innovative therapies and navigate complex policy landscapes. She has held senior roles in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, leading market-shaping strategies and policy engagement, building trusted partnerships, and influencing policy outcomes that support patients and healthcare systems. Prior to working in the life sciences industry, Orkideh served in senior government affairs, policy, and advocacy positions in patient advocacy groups and a national medical society, providing a strong foundation of cross-sector experience and a dedication to outcomes that make a real difference for patients and communities.

Orkideh combines analytical rigor with a pragmatic, impact oriented approach. She collaborates with her clients to identify challenges, and designs and implements high value solutions that align organizational goals with evolving policy and market dynamics.
